	Reworking of bsd.autotools.mk to limit the number of simple
	changes that have to occur throughout the tree, now that we
	have legacy/current versions of autoconf/automake.

	The stanza-passing code is now considerably more bulletproof.

	This should theoretically be a no-op.  Heh.
