This commit log has some style bugs.

Likewise for the contents:
- missing blank line after #include.
- spammed vendor id.  Don't change lines containing vendor ids.  It causes
  patch conflicts for new imports and larger diffs for change reviews.
- line containing $FreeBSD$ longer than before.  The $FreeBSD was indented
  only 2 spaces to gives some chance of the line not being too long.
