I've been using bogofilter for some years now, and it works very well once you've trained it properly. I'm calling it from procmail just before the mail is delivered, but that's because my desktop has just a single local user. Bogofilter comes with a 'integrating-with-postfix' document that shows you how to call it from postfix directly.
