I am receiving the following error messages when I try to use some of the networking programs. ----- ping: sendto: Permission denied telnet: connect to address x.x.x.x: Permission denied traceroute: wrote x.x.x.x 40 chars, ret=-1 traceroute: sendto: Permission denied ----- It seems that it is preventing all of my networking on this computer from working properly. Please help me to resolve this issue. I have recently updated to the 4-stable and since then it has caused me this problem. Any help with resolving this matter will be appreciated.
