Here's what I have in one system

device ed0 at isa? port 0x300 net irq  3 iomem 0xd8000 vector edintr
device ed1 at isa? port 0x320 net irq  4 iomem 0xd8000 vector edintr
device ed2 at isa? port 0x340 net irq  5 iomem 0xd8000 vector edintr
device ed3 at isa? port 0x360 net irq  10 iomem 0xd8000 vector edintr

I think the iomem setting is for WD cards.  These are ne2000 isa
clones and all 4 work fine.

Just set the cards and make your kernel entries match.

Lately we've been using the PCI cards and they work fine with
no kernel mods at all.
