The script uses ports@freebsd.org when there's no MAINTAINER line in
the Makefile.  However, 109 ports have MAINTAINER=ports@freebsd.org
lines in their Makefiles.  I guess this is because there's no clear
policy on what to do about MAINTAINER-less ports.
