i've been planning to add this for ftp12 for sometime, but i haven't ever
quite gotten around to it. i'll probably turn it on in the next couple of
weeks. i've been planning to mirror some websites (freebsd and postrgresql
probably) as well on that machine so i need to think a bit about how i want
  to handle that.
