Excuse me for my English I'm from Brazil and my problem is with
utilization of alternative driver for serial ports for Windows 3.11 with
this driver is possible the acess a multi-serial of Cyclades Inc. model
Cyclom-Y with 16 ports but I'm not specify ports greater them com9. The
utilization of ports above com9 presents the error: Specified ComPort
does not exist - Ie_BadID.
  Please help me for this problem.

 P.S.: Site of Microsoft presents the solution for this problem but
for        others plataforms (Win95 and Windows NT)
       I'm contact the Cyclades Inc. but not receive solution for
this        problem.
