The boot process is erroring out on this, hence why you're getting the ifconfig error listed above. One way to get around this is set those interfaces with a netmask of all ones, or 255.255.255.255, or simply do have these entries in you're rc.conf file: ifconfig_fxp0="inet 192.168.102.14/32" ifconfig_fxp1="inet 192.168.102.15/32" defaultrouter="192.168.102.1" Again, this is if I got everything correctly.
