It's been that way for a long time.  UNIX 95%.  Trick question: which
of these operating systems may *not* be called UNIX 95%?

  FreeBSD
  IBM OS/390 (formerly MVS)
  Microsoft Windows NT
  System V

Hint: only one of them may not.
