Hey all...

I've been using DUMMYNET to limit the bandwidth to certain of my
wireless customers. Question came up today:

is there a way to bandwidth limit those programs or ports that Kazaa
and WinMX and the like use on a system wide basis?

Is anyone doing this? I can see a couple of caveats in how the pipes
are defined maybe... they part I'm not sure on is which port numbers,
etc... to forward to a dummynet pipe.

Thoughts?

-Steve
