Once you remake your sendmail.cf with the proper options for using procmail as your local delivery agent. You can use /usr/local/etc/procmailrc to have a global filter. If you are looking to stop Virii from crossing your door, there are several products available, one which was mentioned to me the other day on this list is at http://www.amavis.org there are others as well.
