Luckily, the organization they've transferred the trademark _to_ has already promised to make the transfer to the FreeBSD Foundation as soon as they are able. Since WRS was so obviously reluctant to make any efforts on the behalf of FreeBSD, aside from finding a suitable recipient for their product repertoire and customer list, we should be very happy that a known-good organization has made this deal.
