INDIWebManagerApp is set with linux default paths and it doesn't load INDI =
Web
Manager and INDI Server.

In order to do that, these default paths should be updated to:

- Python exec folder: /usr/local/bin

- indi-web Path: /usr/local/bin/indi-web
