Ummm... you'll need to get the source files, if you want to update from
source (see http://www.freebsd.org/handbook/stable.html for more
information).  You can do this via CTM or CVSup.  You can upgrade from
binary too (i.e. buy the 3.2-RELEASE CD's and upgrade from them) but I've
never tried it.
