To enable logging, my /etc/syslog.conf contains the line local0.debug /var/log/isdnd.log You have to create this file (touch /var/log/isdnd.log) and to hit syslogd (kill -hup `cat /var/run/syslog.pid`) to make syslogd reread /etc/syslog.conf.
