Actually, they do come as a standard part of the distribution, but
they don't come as part of *bin*. :)

Yes, I am now realizing that this was a temporary bindist bug which I
fixed for the distribution here and then forgot to copy over to the
3.3-RELEASE area on ftp.freebsd.org.  I'm doing it now.  I got too
focused on updating the ISO image, which is at least correct on
ftp.freebsd.org.
