I'm anxious to see the results! Guh! No, this is wrong. Beastie is a mascot, not a logo. Java logo: http://www.futura-sciences.com/img/java_logo.gif Java mascot: http://twiki.aquecorp.com/pub/Tech/WebHome/DukeThumbsUp.jpg McDonald's logo: http://mcdonalds.com/images/global_splash/arch.jpg McDonald's mascot: http://www.lori.ri.gov/srp/pr/photos/ron.jpg Beastie is not going anywhere. Beastie is a PITA to put on letterheads, shirts, etc. He's hard to draw and large. He makes a great mascot, but a poor logo. Nothing is replacing Beastie. We don't use him as a logo, so he's not being replaced in any way. # Adam -- Adam Weinberger adamw@magnesium.net || adamw@FreeBSD.org adamw@vectors.cx || adamw@gnome.org http://www.vectors.cx
