  Sumikawa-san (sumikawa@) and Suzuki-san (suz@) would know that details.
Patches are actively maintained (patches for 3.1.6 was released yesterday),
and I hope it will be done near the future.

Sumikawa-san and Suzuki-san, is it possible to update patches?

The reason why I made a PR is source code of ncftp version 3.1.6 was deleted
from master site and our mirror site does not have it.
