i checked my local ports collection and also looked at the cvs throught
cvsweb cgi ( http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/cvsweb.cgi/ports/devel/m4/files )
it seemed to me that patch-ac has been removed.
give it a try after deleting patch-ac
or
download it from the web=20
http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/cvsweb.cgi/ports/devel/m4/m4.tar.gz?tarball=3D1
use this to built your port:
cp m4.tar.gz /usr/ports/devel && untar it there (delete m4 folder first mig=
ht=20
be good)
