 The options are implemented on 8- and 9-stable and current. I'm not
 sure how exactly this happened - it looks like libarchive and bsdtar
 were moved to contrib/ right after 9 was released, and some upstream
 updates were merged in the process. I guess it was an oversight, but
 there's nothing to do since the options are there now.
