Description:
Description of Problem:

Every time when I add a new application to the menu (office for example)
there comes this window to close the programm.
Then the panel starts new.  

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. add a new application to the menu as a normal user (not root)

Actual Results:

Panel gets started new

Expected Results:

Panel just adds the new application without restarting

How often does this happen?

every time
