Since it looks like your supfile below is OK, you might try blowing away /usr/src and the contents of /var/db/sup and trying again. Assuming none of the build binaries are 6.4 or 7.1 dependent, you may be able to recover from a clean tree. Otherwise, it looks like you'll need to do a manual refresh of 6.2 from the CD or reinstall.
