Greg asked if I could give a slightly more detailed message about
what changed in top when I imported top 3.5b12. As far as I can
tell, this was the last version of top released by William LeFebvre
about March 2000.

The primary reason for importing this version of top is that we had
independently fixed a few bugs in top and I wanted to make sure we
had all the vendor fixes before applying any more local fixes.
(Development of top seems to have stopped, so now is as good a time
as any to import.)

A brief summary of the changes with the import are:

	Changes to FAQ and Y2K information.
	Changes to makefiles and configure scripts (unused in FreeBSD).
	Fix a bug when calculating the width of columns if a field has 0 length.
	Avoid a unnecessary pointer dereference.
	-v option to display version.
	Document order option in man page.
	Don't allow 0 time between updates unless user is root.
	Better error handling for std{in,out,error}.
	Uses strerror for errors.

(There were also several OS dependent changes, but we don't import
the files for other OSs).
