Huh? I thought if I wanted to help in the preparation for the 2.2 release, that the RELENG_2_2 branch was exactly what I needed... On that note, I CVSupped the RELENG_2_2 branch last night, and it seems quite solid so far. My only problem had to do with xdm not starting up by default because it wanted libgnumalloc.so.2.0, which I just ln -s'ed to libfakegnumallow.so.2.0 and everything seems great so far! Are the changes you are talking about eventually going to make into the RELENG_2_2 branch? I'm especially interested in the SCSI code, and the ncrcontrol stuff seeing I have a 53c810 NCR controller.. -mark > > -- > Poul-Henning Kamp | phk@FreeBSD.ORG FreeBSD Core-team. > http://www.freebsd.org/~phk | phk@login.dknet.dk Private mailbox. > whois: [PHK] | phk@ref.tfs.com TRW Financial Systems, Inc. > Future will arrive by its own means, progress not so. > ------------------------------------------------ | Mark Mayo mark@quickweb.com | | RingZero Comp. www.quickweb.com | ------------------------------------------------ "To iterate is human, to recurse divine." - L.
