The memory backed cache does not help at all. For me, the experience stays
exactly the same: If the system has no load, chromium works usually fine, o=
ften
for hours. As soon as I put pressure on the system (e.g. poudriere builds),
this problem is triggered within seconds to minutes. The race condition
hypothesis is not far-fetched at all.
