You could add: "two lawyers, three opinions". ;-) Basically, it would not be a bad idea to consult a lawyer for the implications that apply in the _specific_ jurisdiction such a t-shirt is produced and worn in. For example, what about wearing a BSD daemon on a t-shirt in public? Is this "unsolicited advertising"? But as long as nobody complains, I wouldn't see a legal problem.
