Everything is just fine. UID 0 is a right uid for root and toor is a root user for boune shell, i think, so they both have UID 0 which is UID of a administrator, superuser or whatever. As for Charlie. Well, Charlie was always a nice guy. Or was it even a guy? Maybe a girl? Who knows. Anyway, this is a default human name for root. Do 'vipw' to view all your account and you'll see that for root name Cherlie is specified.
