This is something little bit different. He updated the sgml stuff so
that the information about upcoming release on index.html and
where.html (maybe somewhere else as well) will refer to the 6.0-RC1.
My patch is for news section of our web site, so that the release
information will be shown on in the RSS feeds and it will also be
present in the Latest News section of the index.html.
