If someone has a IDT NICStAR and is willing/able to boot a kernel with a n attempt of a start of a driver. My cards were at one time making some transmission interrupts, and the buffer information looked reasonable, but now they do not and I can't tell if it some driver error or my cards (I even went back to my miscellanous code snapshots and they don't respond like they use to). I would like to know these cards are bad before I complain to IDT or buy a new one. --mark.
