https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=3D278260 Sergei Vyshenski <svysh.fbsd@gmail.com> changed: What |Removed |Added ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Flags|maintainer-feedback? |maintainer-feedback+ --- Comment #5 from Sergei Vyshenski <svysh.fbsd@gmail.com> --- (In reply to Rafael Grether from comment #4) 1. As mentioned above, built-in perl tests in a clean poudriere jail say: P= ASS. These tests include a file t/Geolocation.t, which you can inspect if suspicious. 2. Not correct. Version 12.83 does NOT include a zip with "Alternate databases". Instead upstream provides a number of ways and instruments to u= se their more detailed geo-database, or to personalize a geo-database for need= s of a particular user. These ways and instrument are trivial to use, and are not OS-specific. 3. It seems to me that we should respect design decisions of the upstream a= bout not including "Alternate databases" into the distribution. In particular, we are unable to personalize a database along wishes of the user. --=20 You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.=
