>Description:

The porting scheme of T3X has changed substantially since the last build.
Since the port shar file is pretty small I am too lazy to re-install the
6.8.0 sources to run a diff, here is a new set of port files.

The port files included in this message work only with t3x-681.tar.gz
archives dated 2000-12-04 or later. If you have an older version in
/usr/ports/distfiles, please delete it first.

The version number has changed to 6.8.1 .

# This is a shell archive. Save it in a file, remove anything before
# this line, and then unpack it by entering "sh file". Note, it may

X
XT3X is a very basic procedural language. Its syntax is a cross
Xbetween Pascal and BCPL, but it is smaller and simpler.
XUnlike many popular languages, T3X does not provide a very
Xabstract and complex environment to achieve portability, but
Xonly a set of very basic operations and built-in routines which
Xmay be easily implemented on a variety of different platforms.
X
XThis package contains ...
X
X. a bytecode compiler and optimizer
X. a Tcode interpreter
X. FreeBSD(a.out,ELF) and DOS(EXE) native code backends
X. a Tcode disassembler
X. run time libraries
X. misc. tools
X. documentation in HTML (/usr/local/t3x/r6/doc/T3X.html)
X. an online help system in structured document format
