Yes it will. That downloads a collection of .sgml files and some framework that requires various tools be installed, such as sgmlnorm. I'm adding to that toolchain. In 24-48 hours the build will also require xsltproc. The easiest way to ensure that you have the necessary toolchain installed is to cd /usr/ports/textproc/docproj make JADETEX=3Dno install and to watch for changes in the revision number of the docproj port.
