I mv /usr src /usr/src.old re cvsupped.. same thing (same error code) different place. make kernel... it built ok reboot it booted ok made world, it made ok mergemaster ... it went as xpected, too reboot cd /usr/src make buildworld (no errors) make installworld (no errors) mergemaster (no diff's to consider) reboot all is well weird.
