 Hello Andy,

You have missed a lot of dependencies..

 http://www.lallafa.de/bp/ripmake-inst.html

I have created my own ripmake port for long time and I am happy to give to
you if you want to take care of those. They will need the double check and
might need to update to chase some library versions or whatever.

 http://people.freebsd.org/~mezz/shar/
 	chaplin.shar
 	cpdvd.shar
 	cpvts.shar
 	mpglen.shar
 	pgmfindclip.shar
 	ripmake.shar

Before you ask why I never commit them, because I never want to maintain
and take care of those. It's just for my personal use, so you are welcome
to take them and do whatever with them such as take maintainership, your
mofidy, request to put in ports tree and etc.

 Cheers,
 Mezz
