Updating via CVSup needs less bandwidth than downloading an ISO: only
changed parts will be sent.

make world needs about 350M in /usr/obj. After make world, /usr/obj can
safely be deleted.

Standard procedure is to build a new server with up-to-date software,
then swap IPs when the new box is finished.
