yes. 5.0-CURRENT doesn't have bison, but 3.x and older 4.x-RELEASE have
shipped both with /usr/bin/bison and /usr/bin/yacc.

I think 3.5 won't have problem when USE_BISON being removed because it
has always /usr/bin/bison.
