It means the IP address moved from one ethernet interface to another.  The
most likely cause is a DHCP server assinged the IP to a new machine.  It is
also possible that it is something like HP's MC/ServiceGuard reassigned an
IP from a failed interface to a working one. It is also possible that
someone is doing something they shouldn't.  I would bet on DHCP these days,
though.
