	you must have a permission problem and it is trying to create a 
lock file repeatedly.  check the permissions of the majordomo directories 
carefully.  generally you want 775.  owner majordom (NOT majordomo--too 
many letters) group majordomo (more letters allowed).  also check the 
paths listed in the perl scripts--/usr/sbin/sendmail, not /usr/lib/sendmail.
