I just got a ridiculous quote from a local Japanese vendor where the discounted price was 3 times more than the discounted price from a US vendor. Specifically, will a PM3 bought in the US work with NTT INS 1500 service, which is like a T1. It has the same number of B-channels as in the US primary rate ISDN service.
