audio/opusfile: version0.7

Newer version has been released: opusfile-0.7

Changes of audio/opusfile:
 - Enhance inline patches to make it applied only once.
 - Update patch file in 'makepatch' style.
 - Explicitly disable to build example codes that are not installed.

=3D=3D=3D From upstream notes http://www.opus-codec.org/downloads/ =3D=3D=3D
Changes since the v0.6 release:

=E2=80=A2 Add API to access and preserve binary metadata.
=E2=80=A2 Add support for R128_ALBUM_GAIN metadata tag.
=E2=80=A2 Better seeking with continued packets and multiplexed streams.
  =E2=80=A2 Portability and build fixes.

This release is backward-compatible with the previous release but
contains updates to conform with the latest IETF Ogg Opus draft,
important performance enhancements, and bug fixes. We recommend
all users upgrade.
