How may this trouble to solve? You can use /stand/sysinstall to set the keyboard and screen mapping to match your keyboard and language. I'm not exactly sure which screen and keyboard mapping would be best, but judging from the headers on your e-mail, something handling KOI-8 would probably be the one to use. -- Anthony
