https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=3D261714 Bug ID: 261714 Summary: sysutils/fusefs-ntfs: build and install ntfsusermap tool Product: Ports & Packages Version: Latest Hardware: Any OS: Any Status: New Severity: Affects Only Me Priority: --- Component: Individual Port(s) Assignee: ports-bugs@FreeBSD.org Reporter: rhurlin@FreeBSD.org CC: freebsd@dussan.org CC: freebsd@dussan.org Flags: maintainer-feedback?(freebsd@dussan.org) Created attachment 231553 --> https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/attachment.cgi?id=3D231553&action= =3Dedit patch to enable ntfsusermap tool Don't know if there is any reason, why ntfsusermap is not build and install= ed with the current port sysutils/fusefs-ntfs? After patching and rebuilding the port with the attached patch, I had been = able to generate a so called 'UserMap' file with ntfsusermap from an NTFS partit= ion and copied it into a '.NTFS-3G' named directory of that NTFS partition. Aft= er mounting, the permissions seem to work as expected. BTW: There is also a newer release of NTFS-3g in the Github repo: [1] https://github.com/tuxera/ntfs-3g/releases/tag/2021.8.22 --=20 You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.=
