I have (on purpose) both tcsh and bash in /bin.. none of that
/usr/local/bin junk for shells on my machine, I move them all
to /bin and I've never had a problem with my root shell being
tcsh without /usr mounted... IMHO I think the ports should be changed to
statically link shells and put them in /bin, but that's just my opinion
which has no value in the grand scheme of things =)
