Your soundcard seems do not have joystick, or probably its joystick support is broken (I would favour the former). Alex, Jean, any opinion about this? Since this must be done early during attach process, IMHO there are 3 ways to deal with it: 1) Disable joystick entirely 2) Put some #ifdef 3) Use kernel hint to toggle it (hint.pcm..joystick_enabled) -- Ariff Abdullah FreeBSD --Signature=_Thu__12_Jan_2006_15_10_02_+0800_IUDdI3ZYD8uK6ikm Content-Type: application/pgp-signature -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.2 (FreeBSD) iD8DBQFDxgDNlr+deMUwTNoRAlziAJ4hnHnlWSXdH4A9Jsxo72Ll5n1YEACgoYoB LzUFpHFyoEFAz3kcOPc+YeY= =ZkrO -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- --Signature=_Thu__12_Jan_2006_15_10_02_+0800_IUDdI3ZYD8uK6ikm--
