New patch to fix port

Indeed, it should no longer be an issue and I have tested on three computers. 
This port works quite fine with openjdk7.

I'll file a separate PR on the lwjgl issue once I have more details about it. 
I haven't thoroughly looked at it yet.

Enclosed is a patch containing what I hope to be the final update.  It bumps
PORTREVISION and uses %%FOO%% syntax.  I have tested this on all three of my
computers as well, and found no issues with it.
