How about two versions of boot floppy. #1 supports only ISA/EISA/VLB controllers and #2 supports PCI onward. CDROM can support both using a 2.88M image. Probably have to include the full mix of network interfaces and a representative selection of the proprietary CD drivers on both floppies.
