You need to install the compat22 distribution. Assuming you are running 3.2(there is no 3.0.2 that I know of), you can get it at : ftp://ftp.freebsd.org/pub/FreeBSD/3.2-RELEASE/compat22/ Or just run /stand/sysinstall and install the compat22 distribution.
