I NOT check this on 11.0-RELEASE and 11.1-RELEASE. It's like another bug https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=3D199189 but I never reached this bug on 10.*/amd64, and advice for volume/sysctl tunings from his discussion, did not help for me on 11.2/amd64.
