Though it's true that Windows video setup put's X's to shame, it only goes so far. E.g. I was once interviewed for a television program. Since I have two monitors one my desk (a 22" and a 21" Iiyama :) the trick was to get their syncs equal. With Windows you can only pick 'a' vert. refresh frequency and that's it. However with xvidtune you have fine grained control. Unfortunately that power carries the price of complexety. Still, having the one show NT I could quite easily 'sync' the second with the first. The only thing is that it (xvidtune) doesn't show the frequencies used. Which is a bit of a bummer. Still, it was a trick that crew hadn't seen before ;).
